An Act to establish the Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority for forensic examination and testing of fertilizer, pesticide, food and drug.
The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority is established for forensic examination and testing of fertilizer, pesticide, food and drug; to render an expert opinion in respect of the ingredients and quality of fertilizer, pesticide, food or drug; and, to deal with other related matters.
The Authority is a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to enter into contracts, acquire or dispose of property, and may sue or be sued.
